Now I run the "free" version of PLEX media server but if you convert to their Season Pass you can use their PLEXAMP app that has all the loudness controls + many other features. PLEX also has a normalize option to enable the reading of these replaygain tags to normalize the tracks. Now, I used the replaygain (default options btw) in the batch converter to write the proper tags into the files. Otherwise, post 12 has a solid solution for any player on your network. Note that PlexAmp requires PlexPass membership. One track plays at a decent volume then the next blows the walls down. The Roku/Plex App connected to the TV and Denon are my primary playback method, but I also have PlexAmp on my phone and tablet to browse and play music with the Denon as the remote playback device.
